This album is deeply rooted in a life-changing revelation that occurred when the artist turned 25: the day his mother told him and his sister that their father was not their biological parent and that they were conceived through assisted reproductive technology (ART). This identity-shaking discovery profoundly influences Pouvoir Magique’s work, shaping tracks such as Duspärdicherma, Burning Man, and Mysterious Source, which explore themes of origins, identity, and the missing connection with part of his genetic lineage. Summarizing this journey of self-discovery, the artist states: "We come from the stars, it’s in our very matter, down to our bones, yet I do not know part of my direct genetic lineage." This philosophy deeply resonates in the album, which explores life’s cycles: day and night, life and death, romantic and friendship relationships.
