Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Seller Identification
This website is operated by Sessions Sonores.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are t-shirts and slipmats for vinyl turntables. Each item is presented with a detailed description. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3. Pricing
Prices are not displayed online. They are provided upon request via the contact form available on the website.
4. Orders and Payment
After receiving a price request and order confirmation, payment can be made by:
- Bank transfer (bank details provided after order confirmation)
- Cash upon collection in person (by appointment only)
Orders are considered final once payment has been received.
5. Delivery
- Items in stock: shipping within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.
- Items out of stock: a production lead time of 2 to 3 weeks applies before shipping, in addition to the standard delivery time.
Delivery is available within the European area.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
6. In-Person Collection
It is possible to collect an order in person by appointment, with no delivery charges.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable law, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A refund will be issued after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
8. Liability
Sessions Sonores shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
9. Personal Data
Personal information collected through the contact form or during the ordering process is used exclusively for managing requests and orders.
This information will never be shared or sold to third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, only Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction.
